At Gunter Audio & Video, we still answer our own phones. We strive to give you the very best customer service. We offer in home service in most cases. Should your set need to be brought in, we offer pick up and delivery.
Bring your set in and we will diagnose the problem. We will call you in a day or two with the cost, not an estimate of the repair. No surprises. There is a minimal diagnosis fee that applies to the labor at the time of the repair.
Warranty Work
Gunter's gladly accepts warranty work. Once approved by your warranty company, we will complete the repair and bill the warranty company directly. Warranty Companies vary, so please give us a call first to minimize the time you are without your television.
